Jones & Co Grocer Easter Colouring Competition

This Easter, unleash your creativity and participate in our Easter Colouring Competition. Whether you're an artist in the making or just love a splash of colour, everyone has a shot at winning the wonderful Cadbury hamper prize! Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   - The competition is open to individuals of all ages.
   - Entry is open to customers who submit a coloured-in entry in-store and those who enter via the online form provided.

2. Entry Period:
   - The competition starts 11/03/2024 and ends 28/03/2024.
   - Entries must be submitted by 27/03/2024.

3. How to Enter:
   - In-store: Receive a colouring sheet in-store, complete the design, and submit it to your local store's team. Be sure to also scan the QR code to enter your details into the draw.
   - Online: To enter without colouring, scan the QR code , complete the online form, and submit your details.

4. Prizes:
   - Winners will be selected by Store Managers on Thursday the 27th of March 2024.
   - Prize includes 1 of 8 Cadbury Hampers available across group - 1 per store. Winners will be notified via email and SMS within 2 business days.

5. Judging Criteria:
   - Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and adherence to the Easter theme.

6. Publicity:
   - By entering, participants agree to allow Jones & Co Grocer to use their names and submitted designs for promotional purposes.

7. Privacy:
   - Personal information collected during the competition will be used for the sole purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties.

8. General Conditions:
   - Jones & Co Grocer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition at any time.
   - The decision of the Store Managers is final and binding.

9. Disqualification:
   - Entries containing inappropriate content will be disqualified.
   - Multiple entries from the same individual are allowed.

10. Liability:
    - Jones & Co Grocer is not responsible for any lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries.

Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   - The competition is open to all dog owners aged 12 and above.
   - Entrants must be residents of QLD, Australia and be able to pick up hamper in store at IGA Russell Island 

2. Entry Period:
   - The competition begins on 01/03/2024 and ends on 28/03/2024.

3. How to Enter:
   - Submit your entry by sending a private message to our IGA Russell Island Facebook page with a photo of your dog with their name dressed as a bunny.
   - Multiple entries are allowed.

4. Prizes:
   - The winner will receive an Easter Hamper.
   - Prizes are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash.

5. Winner Selection:
   - The winner will be selected by a panel of judges at Jones & Co Grocer.
   - The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Notification:
   - The winner will be notified via Facebook message within 2 business days of the competition end date.
   - If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 business days, a new winner will be chosen.

7. Publicity:
   - By entering, participants agree to their dog's photo being shared on Jones & Co Grocer's social media platforms for promotional purposes.

8. Data Privacy:
   - Personal information collected during the competition will be used solely for the purpose of administering the competition.

9. Release of Facebook:
   - This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, Facebook.

10. Disqualification:
    - Jones & Co Grocer reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with the terms and conditions.

Jones & Co Grocer Butchery Bonanza - $100 Gift Card Giveaway

Terms and Conditions:

1. Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years or older and residents of Australia. Employees of Jones & Co Grocer and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Entry Requirements: To enter, participants must LIKE and follow the Jones & Co Grocer Facebook Page before midnight on Thursday the 29th of February 2024.

3. Prize: The winner will receive a $100 gift card to be spent in-store at any participating Jones & Co Grocer location.

4. Winner Selection: The winner will be randomly selected from eligible entries and announced on Friday the 1st of March on BayFM with the winner being contacted on the morning of 01/03/2024.
