for the WIN a 4.5kg Bar of Toblerone Chocolate Competition

1. Competition Overview
- The promoter of this competition is Jones & Co Grocer IGA located at PO Box 463, Cleveland, QLD 4163.
- The competition is open to all residents of Australia, aged 12 years and over, except employees of Jones & Co Grocer IGA and their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the competition.

2. Entry Period
- The competition commences on July 7th, 2024, at 00:00 AM AEST and closes on July 14th, 2024, at 11:59 PM AEST.

3. How to Enter
- To enter the competition, participants must fill out the entry form available below on this page online at https://jonesandcogrocer.com.au/win during the entry period.
- Only one entry per person is permitted. 

4. Prizes
- There are five (5) prizes available, each consisting of a 4.5kg bar of Toblerone chocolate valued at over $150.
- The prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other form of compensation.

5. Winner Selection and Notification
- The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the entry period.
- The draw will take place on July 15th, 2024.
- The winners will be notified via the email address provided on the entry form within 7 days of the draw.
- If a winner does not respond within 14 days of the notification, they forfeit the prize, and a new winner will be selected in their place.

6. Prize Delivery
- Prizes will be available for pickup at winner's Jones & Co Grocer IGA of choice within 30 days of winner confirmation.

7. General Conditions
- By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
- Jones & Co Grocer IGA reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these terms and conditions or any participant suspected of cheating, deception, or fraud.
- Jones & Co Grocer IGA reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition in the event of any unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.
- Participants' personal information will be used in accordance with Jones & Co Grocer IGA's Privacy Policy

8. Limitation of Liability
- Jones & Co Grocer IGA accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, injury, or disappointment suffered by any participant as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.

9. Governing Law
- The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Queensland, Australia, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.

1.      The competition begins on Week 19, starting from May 8th, 2024, and ends on May 28th, 2024, spanning a total of 3 weeks.

2.      To enter the competition, participants must purchase ANY 2 Surf or Omo products from any Jones & Co Grocer IGA store during the promotional period.

3.      Participants must then visit the Jones & Co Grocer IGA Competition Page to enter the competition using the form below. Each entrant must specify their local store with their entry.

4.      The promotion is valid at all Jones & Co Grocer IGA stores.

5.      There will be a total of 5 Fisher Paykel Washing Machines to be won, with proof of purchase from participating stores as listed below:

This Easter, unleash your creativity and participate in our Easter Colouring Competition.    - Winners will be selected by Store Managers on Thursday the 27th of March 2024.
   - Prize includes 1 of 8 Cadbury Hampers available across group - 1 per store. Winners will be notified via email and SMS within 2 business days.

5. Judging Criteria:
   - Entries will be judged based on creativity, originality, and adherence to the Easter theme.

6. Publicity:
   - By entering, participants agree to allow Jones & Co Grocer to use their names and submitted designs for promotional purposes.

7. Privacy:
   - Personal information collected during the competition will be used for the sole purpose of administering the competition and will not be shared with third parties.

8. General Conditions:

   - Entrants must be residents of QLD, Australia and be able to pick up hamper in store at IGA Russell Island

   - Multiple entries are allowed.

   - The winner will receive an Easter Hamper.

5. Winner Selection:
   - The winner will be selected by a panel of judges at Jones & Co Grocer.
   - The decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

6. Notification:

   - If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 business days, a new winner will be chosen.
